GET INVOLVED

We need your help to convince the Parks Board and the Planning Commission members that the Waterfront Overlay requirements must be adhered to.  Less than the required setbacks is not acceptable to maintain the public atmosphere, openness and accessibility of Town Lake.  CWS Capital Partners takes their request to the subcommittee of the Planning Commission during the first quarter. They keep changing the date. The Planning Commission has the final say.  This issue will NOT go before the City Council and the Planning Commission’s decision cannot be appealed.
